Ingredients
- 1.5 kg pork ribs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Sticky Sauce
- 3 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup or BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp chili flakes (adjust to heat level)
- 1 tbsp lemon or apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Pat ribs dry and season with salt, pepper, and oil.
- Place ribs in a baking dish, cover with foil.
- Roast for 90 minutes until tender.
- Mix sticky sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Brush ribs with sauce and roast uncovered for 15–20 minutes.
- Brush with more sauce before serving.
