Sticky Sweet & Spicy Roast Pork Ribs—Fall-Off-the-Bone Good

These sticky roast pork ribs are sweet, spicy, and incredibly tender—the kind of dish everyone will come back for more of! 🍖🔥

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg pork ribs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Sticky Sauce

  • 3 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup or BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (adjust to heat level)
  • 1 tbsp lemon or apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Pat ribs dry and season with salt, pepper, and oil.
  3. Place ribs in a baking dish, cover with foil.
  4. Roast for 90 minutes until tender.
  5. Mix sticky sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  6. Brush ribs with sauce and roast uncovered for 15–20 minutes.
  7. Brush with more sauce before serving.
