  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Pat the fish dry with a paper towel.
