Ingredients
- 250 g black-eyed beans (peeled)
- 1 red bell pepper (120g)
- 1 medium onion (120g)
- 1–2 chili peppers
- 40 g vegetable oil
- 1 stock cube
- Salt to taste
- Optional: 1 boiled egg, sardines, or smoked fish (50–70g)**
Instructions
- Blend beans, bell pepper, onion, chili, and water into a smooth paste.
- Add oil, salt, seasoning, and optional fillings.
- Pour into ramekins or foil containers.
- Steam for 35–45 minutes until firm.
- Serve warm with rice, bread, or alone as a snack.
