Ingredients
- 2 fish fillets (tilapia, cod, hake, or salmon)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 lemon (half for juice, half sliced)
- Fresh parsley (chopped)
- Optional: a pinch of chilli flakes 🌶
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C / 400°F.
- Place the fish on a lined baking tray or lightly oiled dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fish.
- Add garlic, paprika, black pepper, and salt evenly.
