Ingredients

  • 1 kg baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

For the whipped feta

  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or cream cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes for 10–12 minutes until fork-tender.
  2. Drain and gently smash each potato with a fork or cup.
  3. Brush with olive oil and season with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes until crispy.
  5. Blend feta, yogurt, and lemon until smooth.
  6. Serve potatoes topped with whipped feta.
