Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  2. Separate eggs—whites in one bowl, yolks in another.
  3. Whisk egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
  4. Blend cottage cheese, egg yolks, honey, and baking powder until smooth.
