Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt & pepper.
- Brush mixture over salmon fillets.
- Place on a lined tray and bake 12–15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
