Salmon of Hope—Tender, Flavourful & Uplifting

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt & pepper.
  3. Brush mixture over salmon fillets.
  4. Place on a lined tray and bake 12–15 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
