Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1½ cups flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix mashed bananas, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add egg and vanilla — stir well.
- Mix in flour, baking soda & salt until smooth.
- Pour into a loaf pan and bake 45–55 min.
- Cool before slicing — enjoy!
