Perfect Banana Bread—Moist, Sweet & Easy

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1½ cups flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix mashed bananas, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add egg and vanilla — stir well.
  4. Mix in flour, baking soda & salt until smooth.
  5. Pour into a loaf pan and bake 45–55 min.
  6. Cool before slicing — enjoy!
