Ingredients

  • 2 fish fillets (tilapia, cod, hake, or salmon)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 lemon (half for juice, half sliced)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Optional: a pinch of chilli flakes 🌶

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C / 400°F.
  2. Place the fish on a lined baking tray or lightly oiled dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fish.
  4. Add garlic, paprika, black pepper, and salt evenly.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish.
