Ingredients
- 1 kg baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
For the whipped feta
- ½ cup feta cheese
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or cream cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Boil potatoes for 10–12 minutes until fork-tender.
- Drain and gently smash each potato with a fork or cup.
- Brush with olive oil and season with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes until crispy.
- Blend feta, yogurt, and lemon until smooth.
- Serve potatoes topped with whipped feta.
